What to contact us about

• Data corrections. Prices, rules and payout terms change often. If something on a firm page is wrong or out of date, tell us which firm and what changed, and link to the firm's own site, docs or terms if you can. Corrections are checked against the firm's own sources, the same way we check every listing.
• Payout problems. If a firm denied or withheld a payout, send us the details. We check reports against the firm's published rules, as explained on delisted firms.
• Firms, partnerships and affiliate inquiries. If you run a perps prop firm and want to be listed, update your listing, or talk about an affiliate partnership, get in touch. Partnerships never change the facts we report about a firm; see our affiliate disclosure.
• General questions. Questions about how the site works, how we check payouts, or feedback on our guides and tools. Many answers are already in how we verify.
• Privacy requests. If you've emailed us and want your address deleted, just ask. See our privacy policy.

What we can't help with

We don't provide personalized financial, investment or trading advice, and we can't tell you which firm to buy or how to trade your account. We're also not a support desk for any prop firm: for account access, rule disputes or payout status, contact the firm directly first. Prop firm evaluations are high-risk and most traders don't pass, so check each firm's current terms before buying.
